Terrible Company

If this is your insurance company, you should definitely find a new one. The insured from this company hit my company van last Wednesday with 3 passengers inside. It will be a week tomorrow and NO ONE has called me. I have left several messages with the adjuster and several supervisors and not one phone call back. My insurance company is saying my vehicle is a total loss. I'm extremely annoyed that no one has called in regards to my employee or my vehicle AT ALL! WORST Claims department I have ever seen! Run, RUN, RUN!!!
