Avoid this guy.

I called to get insurance for our business and I was very pleased that someone answered the phone, let alone the agent himself. I explained that we were looking for insurance and the agent assumed that I was trying to sell him something. I tried to explain again that I was a former Farmers customer wanting to come back - he began to actually talk derogatorily towards me and then hung up. Unbelievable.
