Called Sound Agency line to reach Forrest. Penny answered and wanted me to leave Insurance info with New Business Dept. I just wanted to speak to someone I know who could advise me on Insurance needs, not jump into the corporate processing funnel. You should consider having a real person talk with prospects about what they need & want, not direct customers to fit into square pegs. Disappointed.
