Was a customer for many years (no claims), sold the business and requested a refund. It has been over three months as still no refund. Have had to call for answers, they dodged my phone calls, didn't return them. The owner was rude when asked and would not give a straight answer. Very poor customer service. I'm glad I never had to make a claim as I fear for the results.
